A Family Owned and Operated Restaurant
Maui Brick Oven came about because two of the owners (who are also the chefs) were diagnosed with Celiac Disease (severe wheat allergy). After discovering how hard it is to find a gluten free environment, it was decided to turn this problem into a blessing for others. Patrons enjoy not simply great pizza, but the menu also offers a variety of other options - from appetizers to delicious entrees and desserts. Most everything is made from scratch and includes local, organic, and natural ingredients.
